Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive an email with the courier and tracking number. Approved trade accounts can also see live tracking inside the account portal.
Returns
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we send a pre-paid courier label and arrange collection. Photo of the issue helps us process it faster — email it to support with your order number.
Unwanted goods in resale condition can be returned within 30 days. We refund to the original payment method (or credit your trade account) within 5 working days of receipt.
Items we can't take back
- Custom-printed stationery once production has started
- Opened cartridge consumables (manufacturer policy)
- Bespoke orders explicitly marked "non-returnable" at checkout
